We respect your privacy and let you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you in connection with our Caller ID, Spam Blocker & SMS App (“the App”). This page explains what can be deleted, how to submit a request, what verification we need, and what to expect after you request deletion.

4. Required information & verification

To avoid unauthorized deletions we require proof that you control the account or phone number. Acceptable verification methods include:

We will never ask for your password. If we cannot reliably verify you, we will ask for additional information or deny the request to protect your account.

5. What happens after we receive your request

  1. Acknowledgement: We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
  2. Verification: If we need proof, we will request it and provide steps.
  3. Processing: Once verified, we will delete the data we control within 30 days (this timeframe may be extended if necessary; we will notify you).
  4. Confirmation: We send you a confirmation email when deletion is completed. If any data cannot be deleted (e.g., legal retention or third-party limits), we will explain why.

Deletion removes data from live systems. Copies may remain in backups or logs for a limited period (typically up to X days/months — insert your actual backup retention period). These backup copies are isolated from active systems and will be deleted according to our backup retention policy.
